Hayley Elliott, Founder & CEO
Hayley is a U.S. Army veteran with a distinguished 12-year career in the United States Army, serving as one of the pioneering female combat arms officers. Her leadership was forged in demanding operational environments where discipline, decisiveness, and accountability were non-negotiable. That same standard now defines her work as the Founder and CEO of Kavalyn Custom Solutions. Her commitment to excellence began at Clarkson University, where she competed as a student-athlete while completing ROTC and preparing for military leadership. From early on, Hayley built a reputation for resilience, strategic thinking, and performance under pressure.
Beyond her military service, Hayley successfully transitioned into the civilian sector, building experience in real estate and project management. She has led complex initiatives, navigated regulatory environments, and developed structured systems that drive measurable results - skills that now directly inform her healthcare consulting practice.
Today, she channels over a decade of military leadership and cross-industry experience into guiding veterans through complex healthcare and benefits systems with clarity and precision. Outside of her professional work, Hayley values an active and balanced lifestyle. She is passionate about fitness, cooking, gardening, travel, and spending time with her dogs and the people closest to her.
Sandra Elliott, Director of Operations & Veteran Relations
Sandra Elliott brings more than 20 years of entrepreneurial leadership and operational experience to Kavalyn Custom Solutions. As a co-founder and key leader of a highly successful telecommunications company, she helped build and sustain a service-driven organization grounded in accountability, financial stewardship, and long-term client relationships.
Her background in operations management, financial oversight, and strategic development provides the structural backbone that allows Kavalyn to operate with discipline and consistency. Sandra ensures that internal systems remain organized, responsive, and aligned with the firm’s mission.
As Director of Operations & Veteran Relations, she serves as a trusted liaison for the veterans and families we work with - maintaining clarity, professionalism, and continuity throughout the consulting process.
Her experience, steady leadership, and commitment to service make her an invaluable asset to both Kavalyn and the veteran community.
While we are not a Veterans Service Organization (VSO) or accredited by the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) to represent claimants, our mission is to provide consulting, guidance, and clarity in support of your post-service journey.
